Things have been really good since I got back.
I started school this week, and so far all of my teachers seem great. I'm going to enjoy my classes this semester, except maybe for History. I always get mixed up when I try remembering dates in History. Hopefully this class won't focus too much on them.

Yesterday I had my first official "real" modeling shoot. I shot with Lisa Predko and it was absolutely wonderful!
The image is going to be printed on Time Out Chicago and I was actually paid for the shoot. My very first paid shoot! Yay me! I can't wait to send the magazine off to my mom in france, it'll be funny to hear her reaction.
I have to wait a few weeks for the pic, and then I'll post it right away.

The shoot itself was a big intimidating, I literally walked onto a photographer's set that you see on tv or such, it was insane. People swarming around to do touch up and such, the make up artist, who was really sweet, the hair dresser, the fashion stylist, the assistant to the stylist, one person there just to get my signature for the model release, and then two more people there just to approve and help around. It was insane !
I think I mostly took it in stride and I hope I worked well enough with Lisa, that's always the problem when it comes to a quick photo shoot, you can never know if the photographer was satisfied with how you posed and reacted to them.
I guess I will know if she asks me to work with her again at some point.
